BERWICK boss Stewart Dickson is delighted to have “big character” Peter Kildemand back at No1 in 2026.
The Bandits have swooped to retain the former Grand Prix star at Shielfield Park.
Kildemand, 36, has been a huge success for the border club and Dickson is confident he can continue that leadership next season.
He said: “Peter was a very popular and effective signing last year and we are delighted to have his name on a 2026 contract.
“In addition to his on-track performances, Peter was also a big character in the pits putting his experience at the top level to good use.”
The super stylish Dane re-signs on an 8.05 average after a 2025 season which saw the two-time GP winner return to British speedway after an eight-year gap.
Kildemand ended the campaign in red-hot form, his first paid maximum in Berwick colours spearheading their closing day win at Workington.
