DANISH legend Niels-Kristian Iversen wants the stars on show to have “some fun” in his testimonial at King’s Lynn.
The first racing of the British season takes place at the Adrian Flux Arena, starting at 3pm.
The majority of the Stars’ 2025 line-up will be on track with the appearance of club legend Robert Lambert an added bonus. Former World Champion Jason Doyle and multiple GP winner Fredrik Lindgren are two more of the top men offering their support to Iversen.
The meeting brings together three of his former clubs – Peterborough, Wolverhampton and Newport – who are no longer appearing in league racing due to land and stadium issues, as well as a team representing King’s Lynn in a four-team tournament.
Iversen said: “The plan is to have the top scorers from each of the four teams going into a Final with a GM engine as the prize.
“That gives the boys a bit to go for, but I think the main thing is to go and have some fun, have some laps because it’s early doors for everyone. It’s about enjoying the day, and enjoy the racing and the meeting.
“We’ll see how focused I am when I have to ride my bike, but I think it should be okay. I should be experienced enough to deal with it!”
